Effective December 27, 2020, all persons who wish to travel to Suriname shall formally email their request to the email address Conza@gov.sr, no later than 10 business days before the planned departure day.
Please complete the online form for your Student E-visa to Suriname
and provide digital copies of the following documents:

Passpot copy. A clear scan of cover and bio page of your valid, signed passport.

Passport Photo: 1 Include a passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a surcharge associated with this service.

Health Insurance. Proof of health insurance covering international travel.

Previous visas. Scan of written or stamped pages of last 3 visits.

Birth certificate. Birth certificate (with legalization).

Police clearance. Certificate of “good conduct” (form the Police department, with legalization).

Medical Certificate. Recent medical report or health certificate (not older than 3 months).

Marriage certificate. If married/divorced/living together/single/widow, Marriage certificate/divorce papers or partnership contract etc (with legalization).

Letters of Reference. The letters should be written by individuals who know you and can act as character references. The letter should be addressed to the Embassy of Suriname and should state the writer's relationship to you.

Enrollment Letter. Please provide a letter confirming your enrollment from university/college/school in the destination country.

ID card copy. Copy of the ID card of your referent.

An authenticated authorization of the parent(s) and a copy of the family book/birth certificate in case of:
A copy of the judicial decision in case of adoption/legal guardianship of a minor (up to 17 years).
Valid travel insurance/health insurance (you need to submit this document after the MKV has been approved).

• a child (up to 17 years) travelling with one of the parents (with consent of the 2nd parent) (with legalization.
